VDL Groep takes a big step in the digitisation of production and business processes for on-demand ordering of metal products with the launch of platform OrderOn.com last April. This year, the platform has its own stand during ESEF Maakindustrie 2022. Will you come and take a look at stand 10.D031?Making a digital move
"There is an increasing demand for simplicity in the ordering process of quality products with on-time delivery. This is accelerating the growth of on-demand production in the market. Here, flexibility, automation, speed and scalability are key," says VDL Groep president Willem van der Leegte.
"Our supply company VDL Technics in Boxtel is the first VDL company where our platform OrderOn.com has been integrated into the production and business process. By offering our years of experience in laser cutting and customised bending online, we can now simplify and speed up the ordering process. With this, a quotation is available within minutes."[/column_text][column_text]VDL Groep has a big European dream for the young platform, hence the '.com'. This makes OrderOn.com more accessible to the international market and can thus contribute to the digital battle VDL Groep as a whole wants and needs to take. Large concerns like VDL Groep must also keep up with digitisation in the industry. This is just the beginning!
As OrderOn.com is primarily intended for the manufacturing industry, ESEF Maakindustrie 2022 comes at just the right time. At the trade fair, VDL Groep will be able to put OrderOn.com in the spotlight, whilst also attracting the most suitable audience.

There’s plenty to see and do around the OrderOn.com stand. For example, there’ll be screens showing how the whole process – from uploading designs to delivery – works. What’s more, people from opvallers.nl will be walking around with Polaroid cameras. Keep a close eye out for them and keep your photo, if you get one! Who knows, it might just lead to a nice surprise…[/column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/3″][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″][button button=”url:https%3A%2F%2Fapp.swapcard.com%2Fevent%2Fesef-maakindustrie-2022%2Fexhibitors%2FRXZlbnRWaWV3XzM0OTc5NA%3D%3D|title:View%20all%20ESEF%20Manufacturing%20Industry%20exhibitors%20here%20|target:%20_blank|”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″][/vc_column][/vc_row]
